We offer replacement of the product (granola, biscotti & cookies), if the seal of the jar has been tampered with. Your replacement will be processed once the proof of the same has been submitted and verified by our team.
Replacements are only proccessed if the query has been made within 48 hours of receving the order. Any concerns brought to us after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
